Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager, located in Gurugram. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing retail sales operations, driving customer acquisition, and maintaining high levels of customer experience. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing retail teams, improving customer satisfaction, and coordinating with various departments to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Retail Sales and a strong understanding of sales strategies and targets
  • Strong Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders effectively
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ability to deliver excellent Customer Experience and effectively address customer needs
  • Proven team management and leadership skills to oversee and motivate retail staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a retail sales management role is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
