About the Role:
As a Retail Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for driving leasing activity across our retail real estate portfolio. You will leverage your existing connections with retail brands and your in-depth knowledge of the leasing process to identify, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective retail tenants by leveraging your established connections with national and international retail brands
- - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand representatives, franchise partners, and retail decision-makers
- - Manage the end-to-end leasing process from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure
- - Draft, review, and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and ensure alignment with business terms before formal documentation
- - Coordinate with legal and internal teams to ensure timely execution of lease agreements
- - Maintain a robust pipeline of retail brand mandates and track progress through the leasing cycle
- - Stay updated on market trends, rental benchmarks, and brand expansion plans in the Gurugram and NCR retail market
- - Represent the company at industry events, brand meetings, and networking forums
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail leasing, preferably within real estate consulting, malls, high streets, or property development firms
- - Strong existing connections and relationships with retail brands across categories (fashion, F&B, lifestyle, electronics, etc.)
- - Deep understanding of LOIs, lease structuring, and the overall deal-closing process
- - Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- - Self-driven with a results-oriented approach
- - Prior experience in Gurugram/NCR retail market is preferred
