This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, presenting relevant real estate solutions, leading a team to achieve sales objectives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining market knowledge to identify new business opportunities and enhancing team performance through motivation and guidance.
