Key Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with NRI customers regarding insurance products
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Life, Health, or Investment Insurance plans
Explain policy benefits, premiums, and coverage details clearly
Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with interested customers and close sales effectively
Maintain customer records and update details in the system
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
