Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lonavala for a Restaurant Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent Guest service, managing staff, hiring and training team members, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. The Restaurant Manager will also actively address Guest concerns, monitor Guest satisfaction, and collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Maintaining a welcoming and professional dining environment while adhering to the resort's eco-friendly principles will be a key focus.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Guest Satisfaction and Guest Service to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Proficiency in team Hiring and maintaining an efficient and motivated workforce
• Excellent Communication skills for staff coordination and effective guest interaction
• Experience in Food & Beverage management to ensure quality service and operations
• Leadership and organizational skills to manage daily operations and resolve challenges effectively
• Ability to work on-site in a remote, serene location with a commitment to eco-conscious operations
• Hospitality management degree or related certification is a plus
• Familiarity with eco-friendly practices and sustainability in the hospitality industry is an advantage
