Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager, located in Chennai. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing the food and beverage services, and supervising staff. Key responsibilities include staff hiring and training, maintaining high service standards, monitoring customer satisfaction, and supporting the restaurant team in achieving business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Strong experience in Food & Beverage service and operations
- Ability to effectively handle Hiring and team management responsibilities
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with team members and customers
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in hospitality or food service management preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Relevant qualification or degree in hospitality management or a related field is a bonus
