Job Title: Resident Quality Engineer
Location: Nagpur, Mohali, Haridwar, Zahirabad

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Resident Engineer (QRE) to manage customer line issues, warranty concerns, and coordination between customer locations and the plant. The role requires strong technical understanding, customer handling experience, and the ability to support product trials and analysis activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and resolve the customer (M&M) line issues timely and report to factory with primary analysis.
- Attend the warranty meetings and verify the parts for the defects and signoff and report to factory with primary analysis.
- Maintain the daily activity report, line issue & warranty complaint register and communicate to factory.
- Send the rejected parts timely to the plant for the analysis.
- Support to newly developed product trial at M&M plant and its implementation i.e. support AEPL R&D in an ERC software development trial activity.
- Ready to relocate and travel if there is need.
- Should be available at plant as & when required if any concern and keep good coordination with plant personnels.
- Analysis of received part to get final root cause and participation for PCA implementation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in handling and dealing with customers i.e. OEM
- Excellent communication skill in local and average in English language (speak, write and read)
- Hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint etc. for report preparation
- Basic electrical and electronics knowledge, better if having telematics related product awareness
- Team handling
Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Automobile Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience.
