Job Description

Position: Retention Marketing Executive

Location: Nagpur

Role Description:

1. CRM Campaign Execution

Execute WhatsApp and Email marketing campaigns for different customer cohorts (Active, Warm, Lapsed) to drive engagement and repeat purchases. Manage campaign scheduling and execution using CRM and marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar platforms.

2. Lifecycle Marketing Automation

Support the setup and optimization of automated customer journeys including post-purchase nurture flows, abandoned cart recovery, restock reminders, and win-back campaigns. Work within marketing automation platforms integrated with Shopify to ensure smooth journey execution.

3. Customer Segmentation & Data Management

Assist in maintaining customer segments based on purchase behavior, engagement levels, and lifecycle stage. Use CRM dashboards, Shopify analytics, and Google Sheets/Excel to track and update segmentation data.

4. Campaign Performance Tracking

Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to evaluate engagement and revenue impact. Maintain campaign trackers and prepare reports using Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Analytics 4.

5. Assisted Sales & CX Coordination

Work closely with the CX team to follow up on abandoned carts, restock reminders, and upsell opportunities through structured communication. Coordinate customer interactions across WhatsApp Business API, CRM helpdesk systems, and cloud telephony tools.

6. Customer Communication Management

Handle and monitor inbound customer interactions across multiple channels to ensure timely responses and consistent brand communication. Manage communication across WhatsApp, Email, Instagram DMs, and CRM helpdesk platforms.

7. Online Reputation Management (ORM)

Track and respond to customer reviews, feedback, and queries across social media and marketplaces to maintain positive brand perception. Use Instagram Business tools, CRM helpdesk systems, and marketplace dashboards to monitor feedback.

8. Reporting & Insights Support

Assist in generating weekly and monthly CRM reports highlighting campaign performance, repeat purchase behavior, and engagement trends. Compile insights and dashboards using Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM analytics tools.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, preferably with D2C brands.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/automation tools such as Klaviyo, MoEngage, WebEngage, and managing email & WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus

Must Have:

  • Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem and customer data management in D2C businesses.
  • Strong communication skills with working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Experience with Meta CTWA (Click-to-WhatsApp) ads and conversational commerce funnels
