JOB OVERVIEW: The Relationship Manager (RM) will act as a single point of contact for
assigned customers on behalf of the Developer. The role focuses on payment coordination,
customer communication, issue resolution, and post-sales support throughout the project
lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Track and manage customer-wise payment plans shared by the Developer
Send payment reminders at least 7 days before due dates
Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payment collections
Address customer queries related to payments, construction progress, and the project
timelines
Handle and resolve customer complaints and negative feedback within defined timelines
Assist customers with documentation required for flat/commercial unit registration
Maintain ongoing customer engagement, including birthday wishes and milestone
communications
Ensure all customer communication is done using official SIM cards and the company-
provided mobile devices
SKILL REQUIRED & QUALIFICATION:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good customer-handling and follow-up abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools)
Ability to manage multiple customers efficiently
Graduate preferred (any stream)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in Customer Relationship Management, Post-Sales, or Collections
Experience in the Real Estate / Developer / Construction industry will be an added
advantage
Prior experience in handling a large customer base is preferred
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply
