Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Belapur ( Navi Mumbai). The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and fostering strong relationships with developers, builders and customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks will include client communication, resolving client inquiries, managing accounts, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. The Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Experience in customer relationship management and providing client support
- Analytical skills and the ability to identify and act on sales opportunities
- Problem-solving capabilities to address client concerns effectively and efficiently
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented, dynamic environment
- Prior experience in real estate client-facing roles is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
