Job Description

The Customer Relationship Manager will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with clients and expanding our user base. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and customer relationship management, with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. This role involves engaging with clients through emails and calls, ensuring a seamless experience for new and existing users.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns via email and phone, delivering prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Guide new users through the registration process and assist them in creating their profiles.
  • Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the user experience.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer needs are being met and gather feedback for continuous service improvement.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to improve customer engagement.

  • Business Development and Account Expansion:
    • Generate New Business Accounts: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to establish new client relationships. Develop strategic approaches to engage potential clients and present TruelyMarry's services in a compelling and effective manner.
    • Expand Existing Accounts: Strengthen relationships with current clients by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Focus on ensuring continuous business growth and client satisfaction.
    • Sales Pipeline Development: Leverage a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and market insights to build a strong and consistent sales pipeline, positioning TruelyMarry for sustained success.
    • Collaboration with CRM Team: Partner closely with the Customer Relationship Management team to generate new leads and maintain a well-filled sales pipeline. Focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets through collaborative efforts.
    • Lead and Opportunity Management: Proactively manage leads and sales opportunities, driving each towards successful closure through consistent follow-up, addressing client concerns, and overcoming any challenges.
    • Product Knowledge and Presentation: Develop a deep understanding of TruelyMarry's offerings and effectively communicate their value to prospective clients. Collaborate with the technical team to tailor product demonstrations that meet the specific needs of potential customers.
    • CRM System Management: Ensure accurate and timely updates in the internal CRM system by maintaining detailed records of daily sales activities, client interactions, and operational data to support business tracking and decision-making.
