Role Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand client needs and provide suitable financial solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services smoothly
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience
• Background in home loans, mortgage services, or the financial industry
• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Client Engagement, and Communication
• Knowledge of mortgage finance and lending processes
• Excellent problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Graduate degree in any discipline
