Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand and recommend suitable loan or financial products, assessing applications for eligibility, building and maintaining partnerships with banks and NBFCs, and driving sales targets. The role requires proactiveness in addressing client inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Problem-solving and customer service expertise to address client needs effectively.
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet sales targets and close deals successfully.
- Knowledge of loan products, financial services, and partnerships with financial institutions.
- Experience in client management or similar roles in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
