Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Relationship Manager based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, understanding client financial needs, and tailoring bank products and services to meet those needs. Responsibilities include achieving assigned financial targets, providing financial advice, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role entails working closely with various teams to deliver seamless service and identifying new opportunities for account growth and relationship deepening.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, financial services, and market trends
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities for assessing client needs and providing solutions
  • Proficiency in managing client portfolios and understanding risk profiling
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services roles is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools is a plus
