We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager for Bandhan Bank's Bancassurance division. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, providing them with financial solutions, and contributing to the growth of our bancassurance business.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the bancassurance sector.
- Provide financial advice and solutions to clients based on their needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bancassurance business.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in banking or insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to understand client needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of financial products and services, especially in insurance and banking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
