Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, managing end-to-end real estate transactions, and offering consultancy services to meet client needs. The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, advising customers on property deals, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Regular coordination with developers and clients is integral to achieving sales targets and delivering personalized solutions.

  • Proven ability in sales, lead generation, and achieving revenue targets within deadlines.
  • Expertise in real estate market trends, property consulting, and deal negotiation.
  • Strong customer service and advisory skills to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Problem-solving abilities, proactive mindset, and proficiency in using CRM tools.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in team settings.
  • A strong track record in real estate or sales-related roles and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
