Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Relationship Manager, based in New Delhi. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors, providing personalized advisory services and investment solutions. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, managing portfolios, driving business growth, assisting in the completion of investment transactions, and conducting market research to provide strategic guidance. Regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and to address concerns will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Networking skills
  • Investment Strategy, Financial Planning, and Market Analysis expertise
  • Strong Negotiation, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and financial tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualifications are a plus
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales or business development goals is an advantage
