Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an Investor Relationship Manager B to C Sales. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients to promote myfollo.com's real estate advisory and transaction services. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, understanding their investment needs, advising them on real estate opportunities, and facilitating property transactions. The candidate will also track client portfolios, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets while collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Client Relationship skills, including experience in B to C Sales and relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
  • Market Knowledge and Research skills, particularly in the real estate sector
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for managing client portfolios
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Sales, or a related field
  • Experience in real estate advisory or property management will be an advantage
  • Proven ability to resolve client issues and handle negotiations with professionalism
