Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with various teams to enhance client experience and ensure smooth service delivery.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of client servicing, customer relationship management, or account management methodologies
• Strategic thinking skills and the ability to identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and relevant software
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry or related sectors is an advantage
