Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role at AU SMALL FINANCE BANK, located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing account portfolios, and identifying customer financial needs. Daily tasks include providing tailored financial solutions, promoting bank products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting business growth targets. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure excellence in service delivery.

- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills, with the ability to retain and grow client portfolios
- Comprehensive understanding of financial products, services, and banking operations
- Sales and business development acumen with a focus on achieving targets

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
