Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Relationship Manager based onsite in Noida. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, assisting them in making informed property investment decisions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also demands collaboration with internal teams and external developers to offer tailored property solutions while meeting sales objectives and business goals.

• Strong skills in Relationship Management, Client Handling, and Customer Service
• Knowledge of Real Estate Consulting, Sales, and Property Solutions
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Data-Based Decision Making
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and effectively manage time
• Experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
