Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Gurugram. The Relationship Manager will lead relationship-building efforts with residents, families, and partners to ensure exceptional care and experiences. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, cultivating and managing relationships, addressing client needs, and collaborating with care teams to deliver superior services. The role also involves supporting activities for resident satisfaction and caring for their well-being.

• Ability to effectively address client inquiries, empathize with their concerns, and provide exceptional service
• Experience in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with the senior care or hospitality industry is advantageous
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or other related fields
