Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition: Generate new business and expand the client base by acquiring high-net-worth customers through proactive sales calls, referrals, and networking.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with existing clients to increase their wallet share and retain them. This involves acting as the main point of contact and providing personalized attention.
- Financial Advisory: Understand clients financial goals and objectives to provide tailored banking and investment solutions. This includes advising on a wide range of products, such as mutual funds, bonds, insurance, lending, and other bank offerings.
- Portfolio Management: Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to realign strategies based on market outlook and financial goals.
- Sales and Cross-selling: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing clients to meet defined sales and revenue targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure an exceptional client experience by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving service issues, and coordinating with other departments like operations.
