Role: Relationship Manager (JB 10 / 11)
Location: Mumbai
Role Description
The role will be responsible for group ecosystem channels and company-wide cross-referral programs. This includes managing referral flows (enterprise and retail), activating advisor/distributor networks and internal sales teams, and ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversion of opportunities into business.
- Manage cross-referrals across group businesses, handling both inbound and outbound enterprise and retail leads
- Track pipelines, ensure timely follow-ups, and support execution of inter-LoB initiatives and ongoing opportunities
- Activate ecosystem channels by working closely with sales teams and partner networks to drive NPS business
- Drive conversions from these channels through continuous engagement, follow-ups, and on-ground execution
- Coordinate with internal teams (ops, product, tech) to resolve issues and ensure smooth closure of cases
- Prepare and share periodic MIS and performance updates for tracking progress and identifying gaps
Key Requirements
- 3 - 7 years of experience in sales, channel management, or relationship roles in financial services
- Strong execution skills with high discipline in follow-ups, tracking, and closure of leads
- Experience in managing partners or internal channels to drive consistent business outcomes
- Ability to work with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders effectively
- Preferred good understanding of NPS, investment products, or financial services ecosystem
- High ownership and persistence with a hands-on, execution-driven approach
