Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners, ensuring a seamless experience across the insurance sales and service lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer insurance needs, explaining suitable products, assisting with proposals and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for policy issuance and after-sales support. The role also involves monitoring partner performance, resolving queries or escalations, and proactively identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. The Relationship Manager will track key metrics, maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems, and adhere to regulatory and organizational compliance guidelines while representing PBPartners in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in communication, including clear verbal and written skills, active listening, and the ability to explain complex insurance concepts simply.
- Solid sales and negotiation capabilities, including needs analysis, objection handling, and closing opportunities in an ethical manner.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret customer requirements, track performance, and address issues promptly.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other office software to manage data, reports, and daily workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services relationship management is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
