Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to manage customer relationships through digital channels. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their financial needs, promoting suitable banking products, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Connect with assigned customers through digital channels as per company guidelines.
- Deliver a seamless and high-quality banking experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns within defined timelines.
- Promote digital banking solutions and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Address customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
- Build strong customer relationships and improve retention.
Sales & Portfolio Management
- Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets.
- Cross-sell and up-sell banking products such as cards, loans, and investment products.
- Identify customer needs and sales opportunities through profiling.
- Ensure customer eligibility and compliance before product offerings.
- Monitor customer accounts and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Process customer requests and transactions accurately.
Process & Compliance
- Maintain complete documentation of customer interactions.
- Adhere to banking regulations, company policies, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely CRM updates and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/BE candidates are not eligible).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of banking and financial products.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and computer applications.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Language Requirements
- Fluent English (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in any one of the following languages:
- Hindi
- Tamil
- Kannada
- Malayalam
Preferred Skills
- Telesales or customer service experience.
- Banking or financial services exposure.
