Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager (Sales – Real Estate) role based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will engage with potential buyers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable real estate options from the company's portfolio. The role involves conducting site visits, coordinating property showings, and providing end-to-end assistance throughout the sales cycle. The individual will manage client relationships, follow up on leads, negotiate terms within defined guidelines, and work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and stay informed about local market trends, pricing, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand requirements, and provide consultative guidance.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in real estate or a similar high-involvement sales environment preferred.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in clear verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, including managing multiple leads, follow-ups, and site visits efficiently.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, digital tools, and basic MS Office applications for reporting and pipeline management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including flexibility for weekend or extended hours based on client meetings and site visits.
- Prior experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consulting is a plus, along with knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market.
