  • Team Building: Take ownership of building a high-performing sales team by leveraging your personal and professional network. Recruit, onboard, and retain talented team members to strengthen the branch's sales capabilities.
  • Training & Motivation: Provide regular training, guidance, and mentorship to team members. Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets while fostering a positive and competitive work environment.
  • Business Development: Plan, organize, and coordinate sales visits, client meetings, and marketing initiatives to generate new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Team Development & Performance Management: Identify skill gaps and provide coaching to improve team performance. Encourage continuous learning and help team members grow professionally to contribute more effectively to the organization's business goals.
  • Meetings & Reporting: Conduct weekly and monthly team meetings to review performance, set objectives, discuss challenges, and implement actionable plans. Maintain performance reports and ensure targets are tracked and achieved.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Support your team in building strong customer relationships, resolving client issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to inspire and guide a team to achieve sales targets consistently.
