Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Real Estate at our Pune location. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the real estate transaction process. Daily tasks include conducting property site visits, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, negotiating deals, and providing personalized property recommendations aligned with the client's needs and preferences. The role also involves staying updated on local market trends and RERA regulations to guide clients effectively with data-driven insights.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
  • Knowledge of real estate trends, RERA guidelines, and industry best practices
  • Ability to conduct property site visits, understand client requirements, and provide customized solutions
  • Proficient in time management and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM tools or real estate software
  • Prior experience in real estate, sales, or consulting is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or relevant field preferred
