Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in client management or a similar role, and will be responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
