About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Relationship Managers with experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans, Business Loans, or Working Capital. This is an individual contributor role involving field sales, self-sourcing, and open-market business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers through self-sourcing and open-market strategies.
- Promote Loan Against Property (LAP) and other loan products to potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure seamless loan processing.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and close deals effectively.
Who Can Apply
- Experience:1 to 5 years in loan sales (LAP, Home Loan, Business Loan, or Working Capital).
- Strong knowledge of financial products and lending processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with fieldwork and open-market sourcing.
Salary:
- 3.5 LPA + Fuel Allowance + Incentives
