Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank's Chennai branch. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer financial goals, promoting suitable banking products and services, managing client portfolios, providing insights and updates on financial offerings, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves acquiring new clients and identifying opportunities for cross-selling various financial products.
