Achieve revenue targets

  • Acquire new accounts per annum with a minimum margin per account.
  • Actively prospect and engage in client acquisition efforts to grow the business.
  • Build deep relationships with clients, identify their investment goals, and offer solutions that best match their needs
  • Perform regular portfolio reviews to ensure client investment objectives are met.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to the team's success by sharing experiences and client feedback.
  • Maintain a high-level of product knowledge and stay informed with industry trends and changes.
  • Sell and distribute products such as IAP, Mutual funds, Portfolio management services, Alternate investment fund, insurance, and mbonds.

Expectations

Prioritise building relationships and acquiring new HNI Clients. Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure client investment objectives are met. Sell a range of financial products, including IAP, mutual funds, PMS, AIF's, insurance, and bonds. Possess strong knowledge of financial products and stay updated on market trends. Actively prospect and engage in client acquisition efforts, building deep relationships, and offering tailored solutions. Contribute to team success through active participation in meetings and sharing client feedback.
