Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial services needs and providing tailored investment solutions. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, identifying business opportunities, offering personalized financial advice, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves actively contributing to achieving sales targets and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial services, investment products, and portfolio management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Sales and business development experience with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of the financial markets, analysis, and ability to provide strategic investment advice.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Relevant certifications in financial planning or investment advisory (e.g., NISM certifications) are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in regional language(s) is an added benefit for client interactions in the Chennai location.
