Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bangalore Urban. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their real estate requirements, and providing property options that align with their needs and budget. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings and site visits, explaining project features and financial aspects, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely property recommendations and service delivery. The role involves maintaining an up-to-date understanding of local real estate projects, pricing, and market trends, as well as following up on leads generated through various channels. The Relationship Manager will also handle post-sales support, assist clients with documentation and coordination for loans and registrations, and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets in a professional, customer-centric manner.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing real estate transactions.
- Ability to understand real estate products, local market trends, and project-specific details in Bangalore and surrounding areas.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in conducting client meetings and property presentations.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, follow-ups, and site visits efficiently.
- Comfort working with digital tools and CRM systems for lead tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Preferred: Previous experience in real estate sales, financial services, or related customer-facing roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Urban, including flexibility for weekends or extended hours based on client and business needs.
