About the Role
The
Senior Service Relationship Manager – Private Banking Group in the
Retail Banking business unit is responsible for managing high-value client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting the sale of banking products and services. The role involves providing financial advice, including investment and financial planning, while ensuring a seamless and fulfilling customer experience. The incumbent plays a key role in positioning IDFC FIRST Bank as the primary banking partner for clients by enhancing satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Support all sales and service activities for Private Banking clients in the assigned region.
- Provide comprehensive information on products and services, ensuring best-in-class service delivery.
- Analyze clients cash flow, capital structure, and investment needs to offer tailored financial solutions.
- Monitor client account performance and recommend strategies to improve returns.
- Ensure a robust control framework is in place and operational risks are effectively managed.
- Automate key business activities to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Streamline digitization processes to improve service quality and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to bank guidelines, audit standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Gather market intelligence and benchmark against competitor best practices.
- Enhance customer journey and partner experience to differentiate the bank from competitors.
- Evaluate and implement digital enablement across offerings, channels, and processes to boost operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated and superior product and service offerings.

What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Any Graduate
- Post-graduation: MBA / PGDM (Preferred)
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or related financial services.
