Role Description

This full-time on-site position is based in Thane. As a Relationship Manager - Channel Sales Real Estate, you will be responsible for managing relationships with channel partners and real estate brokers to drive sales. Key tasks include identifying prospective channel partners, pitching PropertyPistol's services, maintaining successful long-term relationships, and regularly meeting sales targets. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal client satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide training and support to partners to enhance their productivity.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and customer relationship management capabilities
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and lead generation
  • Problem-solving aptitude, decision-making skills, and ability to handle client escalations effectively
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry or experience with channel sales will be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic MS Office skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage
