Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Thane. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, understanding their property requirements, and offering tailored solutions. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, presenting and negotiating property deals, maintaining client records, and fostering a positive customer experience. The role also involves collaboration with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful transactions.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and relationship management
  • Sales acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to close property deals
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining client records and managing multiple accounts
  • Basic understanding of real estate market trends; experience in property advisory is a plus
  • Proficiency in customer service and the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
