Job Description

To drive Group Sales of GMC (Group Mediclaim) and GPA (Group Personal Accident) policies by establishing and nurturing strong partnerships with bank employees. This role is crucial for purposefully selling health insurance, building trust with partners, and achieving monthly group targets to protect lives through comprehensive insurance solutions offered by Care Health Insurance.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Group Sales & Promotion:

  • Actively promote and sell Group Mediclaim (GMC) and Group Personal Accident (GPA) insurance policies to potential groups identified through affinity channels.
  • Educate bank employees and their customer base on the features, benefits, and advantages of Care Health Insurance's group products.

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative, and long-lasting relationships with partner bank staff at various levels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for bank employees, providing ongoing support, product knowledge, and sales assistance.
  • Conduct regular engagement activities and training sessions for bank staff to enhance their understanding and motivation for selling group insurance.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Strategically work with bank employees to tap into their customer base, identifying potential leads for group policy sales.
  • Assist bank partners in converting leads into successful group policy sales through effective communication and follow-up.

Target Achievement & Ethical Conduct:

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly group sales targets with high energy and unwavering ethical standards.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with internal company policies and IRDAI regulations.

Customer & Partner Support:

  • Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to bank partners and, indirectly, to group policyholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, underwriting) to ensure seamless policy issuance, administration, and query resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • High level of energy, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with partner channels.
  • Good understanding of Group Mediclaim (GMC) and Group Personal Accident (GPA) insurance products.
