This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Pune District. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. You will also manage client portfolios, analyze market trends, provide financial advice, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and excellent service delivery. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will play a key role in achieving organizational goals and promoting financial fitness among clients.

• Strong skills in Relationship Building, Customer Engagement, and Client Management
• Knowledge of Financial Planning, Investment Advisory, and Mutual Funds
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
• Strong Analytical and Research skills to assess market trends and client requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in financial services or relationship management is a strong advantage
