Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions, and offering guidance on Mutual Funds, Insurance, Tax Planning, and other investment products. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client goals, creating tailored financial strategies, maintaining client portfolios, and addressing queries to ensure client satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Tax Planning, and other financial services
• Proven ability to create financial strategies and manage client portfolios
• Organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Basic understanding of financial market trends and investment opportunities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in financial planning
• Ability to work independently in a goal-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in financial services or client relationship management is an advantage
