Role Description
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective customer engagement strategies. Key responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, providing solutions that meet client requirements, and maintaining continuous communication. This is a full-time hybrid role primarily based in Pune, allowing some flexibility for remote work. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless service delivery and foster lasting relationships with clients.

- Proficiency in account management and client servicing

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
