Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager, located in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Additional responsibilities include regular follow-ups with clients, addressing inquiries, and providing strategic reports to improve client engagement and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and conflict resolution
• Ability to analyze client needs, identify solutions, and drive customer satisfaction
• Experience in customer relationship management and adept at maintaining client accounts
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts and projects efficiently
• Previous experience in real estate or client management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
