Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Relationship Manager at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their insurance and financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, providing expert consultation on insurance products, achieving sales targets, resolving customer queries, and ensuring excellent after-sales service to foster long-term client satisfaction.

• Sales, client engagement, and business development experience

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products; prior industry experience is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
