Job Description
As Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients, understanding their insurance needs, and delivering personalized solutions. This role involves proactive account management, sales growth, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and manage strong relationships with high-value insurance customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Conduct regular reviews to assess changing insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Sales & Growth
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for assigned customer portfolio.
Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to prospective and existing clients.
Account Monitoring & Support
Monitor customer accounts and policies to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Provide personalized support during the claims process when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaboration & Compliance
Work with underwriters and product experts to offer tailored insurance solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Mentor junior relationship managers and support team development.
Experience & Skills Required
13 years of experience in sales or relationship management roles.
