Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Bangalore Urban. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned region, managing and mentoring sales teams, building strong relationships with clients and distributors, identifying new markets and business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Regional Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to align sales goals with promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in sales strategy development, client acquisition, and revenue generation
  • Experience in team management, performance tracking, and mentoring
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client and distributor relationships
  • Analytical skills for market research, identifying opportunities, and implementing growth strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
