Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We're looking for a seasoned manager with 8+ years of experience to manage our business in respective regions, driving growth and excellence in acoustic solutions for CRE markets (corporate offices, GCCs, conglomerates, industries). You'll leverage strong networks with allied industry people (architects, consultants, developers), and create new opportunities beyond RFPs, shaping the sound of spaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive business growth and profitability in respective regions CRE markets
  • Leverage strong networks with architects, consultants, developers, and sound experts
  • Create and capitalize on new opportunities beyond RFPs; drive specifier engagement
  • Address sound consultants needs and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Build and handle an ecosystem of project managers and sales support; train and handhold them for success
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for respective regions CRE market needs
  • Ensure excellent customer service and support

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong business development capability in CRE markets.
  • Well-networked with architects, consultants, and developers.
  • Ability to drive specification-led sales and influence projects early.
  • Strong relationship management with key decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to build and manage project pipelines.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA or relevant degree; 8+ years of experience in sales/ business development in construction/ interiors/ acoustics, with focus on CRE markets
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and leading teams
  • Strong networking skills with allied industry people in Mumbai
  • Mindset to create and open opportunities beyond traditional RFPs
  • Experience in building and managing ecosystems of project managers and sales support
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
