At Kadkraft Systems, we help manufacturers, R&D teams, and engineering companies accelerate innovation with CAD/CAM, FEA, simulation software, 3D scanners, 3D printers, and advanced engineering solutions. We're looking for a Sales Manager – South India to drive growth, lead a team, and expand our presence across key industrial hubs.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Drive new business opportunities across manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, heavy engineering, foundries, and R&D sectors
- Build a strong B2B pipeline in design, prototyping, and simulation-driven industries
- Identify customer requirements and present solutions
2. Customer Engagement & Field Sales
- Conduct regular visits across Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hosur, Hyderabad, and nearby clusters
- Build strong relationships with plant heads, R&D leaders, and production teams
- Leverage existing industry contacts to accelerate growth
3. Solution Presentation & Demonstration
- Deliver first-level demos of CAD/CAM, FEA, casting & forging simulation software, 3D scanners, 3D printers, and engineering services
- Communicate ROI and solution benefits effectively
- Collaborate with application engineers for advanced demos
4. Sales & Target Achievement
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead proposal negotiation closure
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Achieve regional sales targets and report to management
5. Team Development & Management
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of Sales Engineers in South India
- Train members in solution selling and customer engagement
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture
6. Territory Management & Market Intelligence
- Expand business presence across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Share insights with management on challenges & opportunities
7. Post-Sales Coordination
- Ensure smooth project delivery with technical teams
- Maintain customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Candidate Profile & Requirements- Education: B.E./B.Tech preferred (others with strong sales track record welcome)
- Experience: 5–6 years in sales of CAD/CAM, FEA, 3D solutions, or industrial consumables
- Strong network in South India hubs (Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hosur, Hyderabad)
- Proven access to plant heads, R&D teams, and senior industry professionals
- Experience in building & managing a sales team
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness for extensive touring
