Key Responsibilities
Serve as Trusted Advisor
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key technology stakeholders across enterprise and industry sectors.
- Provide strategic and technical guidance on cloud transformation, DevSecOps, hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure, and automation strategies.
- Collaborate with organizations to design and deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions leveraging HashiCorp's platform capabilities.
Engage Customers Effectively
- Influence decisions through presentations, demos, technical engagements, and workshops.
- Guide customers through a value realization journey aligned with their strategic priorities.
- Demonstrate the business value of HashiCorp solutions in solving business problems and driving target outcomes.
Contribute to Customer Success
- Participate in customer activities such as QBRs, cadence calls, office hours, and roadmap sessions.
- Drive adoption and expansion of product lines and promote integrated multi-product solutions.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Partner with Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure success throughout the customer journey.
- Provide authoritative guidance on DevOps concepts, infrastructure architecture, cloud, IT operations, security, and development technologies and processes.
Maintain Technology Expertise
- Establish and maintain deep knowledge of the HashiCorp portfolio, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to customers.
