With application labs for rubber and plastics, the company supports customers through technical services and product innovation. With an installed capacity of 10,000 tons per month, MLA Group is among the largest global manufacturers of stearates, ester lubricants, and stabilizers, holding REACH, ROHS, FDA, HALAL, and other key certifications.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in Punjab, India. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth for the company's product portfolio. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, visiting customers in the assigned territory, conducting product presentations, and negotiating pricing and contracts in line with company policies. The role will collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, production, logistics, and R&D to address customer requirements, resolve issues, and support product trials. The Regional Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, track competitor activities, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including territory management, lead generation, and closing techniques.
  • Experience in key account management, customer relationship management, and after-sales support.
  • Ability to understand technical products, liaise with R&D and application labs, and translate customer needs into solutions.
  • Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting, with solid analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in industrial, chemical, rubber, plastics, or related manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Comfort with frequent travel within the region, a valid driving license, and readiness to work on-site in Punjab, India.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
